It's not specific to a single source. I, like everyone sees the same commercials. Dude up in the morning before dark, music in the background, slow mo of tying boots, or zipping the jacket, climbing into the stand, snip of a hike, always scaling a pile rocks, etc, etc, etc.
Ive hunted my whole life(3.5 yrs old first deer hunt). Tying boots, putting on a jacket, hiking, is just part of it.
But even I get sucked into the "drama" of the commercials a little. I read a lot about guys "coming out west" to hunt, and it seems they are overwhelmed by what gear they need, more than where to go.
Is the drama and "machoness" of these adds aimed at us, the lifetime hunter, or to new folks?
