Just some 3-2-1 ribs and some country-style ribs for pulled pork. It’s the first “nice” day here in a while. The turkeys are gobbling down in the trees so it’s a good day to sit on the porch.

I'm doing some country-style ones manana. They were on sale for $.96 lb. Bought a huge package. I wanted to get some reg' slab ribs, too, but the St. Louis type I like weren't on sale.

I'll grab about half of the CS ones after an hour of smoking & finish them in the crock pot with my special sauce recipe.

The wife always does our Easter traditional, ham, gravy , rolls, broccoli casserole, deviled eggs, green beans, mac and cheese and a desert of some sort. Happy Easter all!
