Enjoy it all everyone. I am making a Pumpkin Cheesecake and the Turkey. I don't have enough time to smoke it so I am using the electric deep fryer.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my MM buddies out there. Threw a few Turkeys in the pit tonight.

Well and a few roasts. One elk with a coffee and brown sugar coco rub and a Bison Hickory. Boy it's going to smell good in the morning when we open up the pit !
