Smaller group today so it is a 12lb. Brined with lemon and oranges. Spices, apple Cider, onions. Rubbed and smoked with apple.

I sure wish I could. They ate it down so fast. It is the second time I have made a Turkey this way. Those aromatics really work well. How you doing Bob ? I hope your holiday is good ! Nice to have days off. It's snowing up the valley like mad. Are you getting snow ?
