Did some inventory on the freezers and noticed I’m sitting in a lot of halibut still. Baked some with a Parmesan sauce. Came out pretty tasty. I’m not a French fry guy but we made some homemade ones for a side today. A true OutdoorWriter dinner ?

Looks delicious. Fresh halibut is amazing. Halibut tacos with a mango/avacado salsa is one of our favorites lately.

'Bout time you showed a bit of class. (y)

When I stayed at a lodge on the Kenai River, the gal that owned it made halibut one night where she baked it on a bed of corn flakes. The only other time I ate halibut was at Buck's Camp at Rivers Inlet, BC. But it was merely grilled on the BBQ.
