Outdoorwriter, similar to my gun story that is true. During a college law enforcement class the instructor told this story. This was in the 70's when the black panthers has shot up a police station in the bay area.
Instructor related that his worse nightmare was that he had to shoot a black criminal that was coming at him with a weapon. The only witness to the shooting was 5 friends of the black criminal and the officer knew they would lie about the shooting being justified.
A voice from the back of the room said. "you have 5 more bullets in that revolver".
