i wonder why you guys find so many dead heads? i haven't found that many in my life, and noone can have the cauger problems we have in oregon? what do you think is killing them?

nice buck but wont score good, very short main beams. 160 gross?

Very interesting buck Duke! I have found more dead heads this year than i have in a long time. Both young and old bucks. But to guess i would say somewhere around 174-178. That is a tough one to judge! Cool find!

170-173 Lots of snow this year bunched those deer up and made it easier on the predators to find them and kill them.

terriable fronts, booner backs and short inside spread = average mature deer.

by the way nice find and id still like to have it.
