Although it looks like some of the girls I dated back in the 70's/80's, I'm gonna guess it is a moose sack (I've never hunted any of those listed species besides blackies, so it's just a WAG)

can’t fool you guys, yes it was a musk ox. For such a large animal they have a small ball sack, reminds me of someone from Utah who cuts their sleeves off…
