Here we go again. All the eco-elites will be filing suit before the ink is dry. It will be interesting to see how these groups get around the precedent established in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in the Wyoming wolf case.

Sounds like a (mostly) win-win situation. More money coming in to the state and fewer Grizzlies.

So long as there is a general draw so the common man has a chance, I'm fine with big money grabbing a few of the tags.
