Grizzly attacks and wolves?

I was reading an article today about the recent bear attacks this year. There seems to be more and more every year in wolf country. My thought is, could this be coincidence or do you think this could be a result of less game for the bears to prey on so they are more hungry. Or am I completely off on this one?

I think it has less to do with food supply and more to do with:
-Many many Grizz
-Grizz close to people.

Both related to Bear population.
