Here are a few more grizzly shots. They aren't as good as the previous ones. A little out of focus this time but I thought I'd share them anyway. Hope you enjoy.

I took a minute to set my little tripod up to take this shot and low and behold guess what happend to get my horses attention just below us along the edge of the timber? If you guessed another bear you'd be right. Didn't get any shots though so all I can do is tell you instead of showing you.

This is a shot of the big shed I found a week or so ago. Along with it is a shot I took this past fall of the bull that owned the shed. It looks like the shed I found is from the year before I took the photo of the bull. He didn't have that last little 6th point on the end of his main beam.

Love the photo with the two old sheds and the fresh one. If I may ask, are you in an area that is closed to the public or is shed hunting not a favorite pastime in your area? It seems you are always finding bone. Thanks for sharing you photography with us. I look forward to some deer shed pics...Hint...Hint.

hoofsandhorns,

You are the man, I mean COWBOY! I say cowboy with all the upmost respect too.

What awesome photos you have produced. Love to hear all the details... beats any magazaine article... hearing it straight from the horses... ah, mouth.

Wow, what great photos and backcountry adventures. Are you getting ready to drive cattle up into the high country? From the looks of that last bull, looks like you have alot of fun getting out and taking photos.

Thanks for sharing.

So, how do your horses react with bears? Are they a nervous wreck or do they know you're sporting some iron.
