Hunting all species with silencers will be legal in Wyoming after July 1st, 2013! Just in time for this hunting season!

If someone already has one they might hunt with it this season, but from what I understand it takes a minimum of six months to get all the paperwork approved and okayed along with the $200 Federal fee if you don't already have the license.

Paperwork does take some time. IF ONE has a silencer then the owner is only allowed to shoot and possess that gun

All true except if you form a simple trust which allows all trustees or beneficiaries to use those items in the trust.
