Looking at doing a DIY antelope hunt next year with my 65 year old dad and a friend, both have never hunted antelope so not too worried about killing monsters but looking for a unit with good public access, just wanting to throw up wall tent and enjoy time in the field with my dad, any help will be appreciated. I have hunted unit 55 and we paid to hunt a ranch but getting to pricey. Thanks Andy

what part of the state do you want to hunt?????? most units west of creston jct. along I-80 have a fair amount of public land,89,92,59,59,59,59,93,100,did i mention area 59

iv'e done good in 59 and 93, have not being able to draw 100 yet as a res WTF.

tough to draw as a res, even tougher if a non res.

shoot lower sheriff he's riding a shetland

we are game for anywhere in the state..and yes we are nonres..getting points this year so hope that helps...thanks will look at some of those units

you will have better luck drawing a tag in the eastern part of the state,as a lotta them don't sell out, but a boatload more private land out there.

you gotta weigh the pro's and the con's,

alotta tags left over but it's private,or out west it's tough to draw but 90% is public land.

tough decision what do you do?????
