Good "Old" day

Went out in search of some fresh sheds this morning. We didn't find a single fresh shed, but there were plenty of oldies. We saw 30 head of elk and it looked like all the bulls were still packing. Tried the "Glassing" thing a bit, but never found one that way. Guess I'll stick to hiking my butt off.

Looks like a great day! i agree i cant sit and glass sheds for long i often quickly glass an adjacent hillside or flat but i seem to do better and enjoy just hiking. i love walkin around a bush or tree and having a shed lay 5 ft from me makes it more exciting for me just my opinion tho

Those finds sure aren't anything to complain about. I agree that it is sometimes hard to make yourself sit and glass but I've had some pretty good luck doing it. fatrooster.
