...meatloaf last night. Ground chuck with garlic, onions, jalapenos, bacon & spices topped with a beef gravy laden with sauteed onions & mushrooms. Of course, the latter demanded a scoop or two of smashed taters & some buttered corn kernels for color.

Only a few slices from the main loaf...

Love a good meatloaf. Best thing about great meatloaf is sandwiches the next day. Boy, they're good!!

That's a good price. Just prepared to have about 2/3 of what you start with after cooking.
