Why kill the bear. The guy was already dead.

Because it was comfortable enough to eat a person that hadn't been dead long or at least wasn't stinking. It was near a highly populated area and if it likes what it ate it could be back for more. Meaning it might end up eating someone else.

This happened just south of me. There are so many bears around here that they will never find this one again. The CO's will probably just shoot 'a' bear and say they got him. The bear did what bears do. He found a easy meal. It is funny as now the media is using this as part of their Bear Aware program. Don't leave garbage lying around or a bear will come in and feed on it. This piece of garbage found the ultimate justice eh?
