Golden Eagle

I went antler hunting/scouting in an area close to my home this weekend and had an unusual experience, probally just dumb luck and chance but......anyways, I was walking down a spur and a golden eagle flew up from a juniper about 20 yards away from me. I went over to see if it had been on a dead deer or something and lo and behold, there was a matched set of forkies. They were the only fresh antlers I found. I more than likely would have walked right by them if it hadnt been for the eagle.
