Gobbler Down!!

Well he's down. First 30 mins of the hunt. Watched
em fly down out of the roost and called him in to
ten yards from 200. He was the biggest out of 8
toms with 20 hens. My phone won't post the pics on here
but if some one can send a email to me ill email
em over if they can post em. Sure felt great being
able to get out hunting again! Can't wait for the
big hunts to start in 4 months.

Well done!!!

My son drew a tag for the Northern Region. We were not able to
go this weekend but will give it a shot on Friday. Hopefully,
we can find something.

sweet! good lookin bird! shotty or bow? did better than me today i seen one hen and one tom. the tom looked like his beard was cutoff? he was an older bird but had less beard than most jakes ive seen. how big was the beard spurs on yours?

This one was a shotgun bird. I've done three with a bow the last couple
years so I figured I'd give it a try. Ill be going back to the
bow next year for sure. He had 1 in spurs and about a 8-9 in beard.
Was a quick but fun hunt.
