Who's eating the turkey giblets? I love the damned things...minus the neck the rest is all good. Usually red polishes them off before I can stab one with a fork though.
It's been a very long tradition of mine to leave the neck, giblets an turkey carcass out on my door step at sundown thanksgiving night. It's the one time of year I get to leave a little something for those leaving me a little something in my front yard.
