Who's eating the turkey giblets? I love the damned things...minus the neck the rest is all good. Usually red polishes them off before I can stab one with a fork though.

I'm happy when my wife eats my neck and giblets! I'd never let her stab them with a fork though.

It's been a very long tradition of mine to leave the neck, giblets an turkey carcass out on my door step at sundown thanksgiving night. It's the one time of year I get to leave a little something for those leaving me a little something in my front yard.

We usually feed them to the dog, but this year, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, we gave them to a Federal employee who got laid off last October.
