I couldn't resist having Tony throw these giants across his shoulder for a shot against this back drop.

LAST EDITED ON May-23-08 AT 08:44AM (MST)[p]thanks rod! that shot really puts into perspective (I'm 6'0) the size of those antlers! Great shot even if I am in it!

"Roadless areas, in general, represent some of the best fish and wildlife habitat on public lands. The bad news is that there is nothing positive about a road where fish and wildlife habitat are concerned -- absolutely nothing." (B&C Professor, Jack Ward Thomas, Fair Chase, Fall 2005, p.10).

Incredible photo. Man, I can't imagine leavin them behind...... I guess the park rodents gotta eat too. Not! If this isn't in the park then I am happy to know that you were able to pack em home. Great photo!!!

Thanks, glad everyone liked the shot, I thought it turned out pretty good too. As far as the sheds are concerned, they are still on the side of the mountain where they were found.

Ok ok, what the crap am I missing?!?!?! Why in the world would you leave those behind? I guess I don't tune in enough, are those found on a Natl Park or something? Is that why? If so that would just KILL ME to have to leave such a gorgeous set of antlers just to rot in the sun. Regardless, I bet you guys had fun and thanks for sharing such awesome pictures!
