General big game tag question

I know in CO, if you draw a tag, and can't make the hunt, you have the option to sell back the tag to the state. Is there any option like this in WY? It would be nice if there was considering the WY draw seems to be one of the first ones. I would hate to draw a non-res elk tag in WY and then turn around and draw a primo tag in NM so that they WY tag goes to waste! Thanks in advance.

Ditto what 30Hart stated! Nothing short of a major medical problem keeping you from hunting and certified on the required paperwork by a MD will get you a license refund in Wyoming.
