Garmin GPS mapping software

Has anyone seen or know of any mapping software that shows land ownership ie USFS, BLM, State and Private land boundries? I know BLM has maps with just that. I am looking for down loadable software or SD cards that can be put into a GPS. Someone told me of such software but I have been unable to find it. I know Garmin does not carry any but they said some third party companies may.

Coolest thing I bought this last year. I have a Rino 530 and I just purchased the chip. Worked slick and I will be buying one for any state I get lucky enough to draw!
