Just curious if anyone out there knows anyone hunting G-37 this year? With the recent storms there might be a few big boys heading out of the park and onto the hunt area.

Yes I do... Talked to my friend today and his brother arrowed a monster that they are headed back today to look for it.... He shot buck a right before dark and they wanted to give it some time.... Bad news is that storm is going to make it difficult to locates as the snow covered up blood....

Interesting......since that unit ain't open till the 26th. Must be a auction tag??????

Hmmm maybe i made a mistake.... i will double check with him.. its not the first time ive had my wires crossed....its not a auction tag for sure

Sorry...Its was A21 which ends on the 25th... Still Anderson Flat RIGHT???
 
Yep it's the same zone, A21 being the late archery and G37 being the late rifle. Hope they find the buck!

Some times I practice shoot and release! :)
 
IMO, This is one of the worst years for G37....weather wise. We have'nt had the kind of snow needed to move the deer out of the park and down into the flats. The big boys are still holding at higher elevation and transitional areas which will make them tough to get to. If you have a G37 tag you should also be hauling a snow mobile.
