Not sure what to call these country-style pork ribs, but they sure turned out good. Two hours of smoking with apple wood & 4 hours in a crockpot with a sauce of El Pato tomato sauce with diced onion, garlic, jalapenos & various spices turned the $.86 lb ribs into a delicious -- albeit a bit too tangy hot -- meal. Next time I'll go a bit easier with the Huy Fong sauce I added in the crockpot. And there's enough for 3 more meals in the freezer.
