Fresh ATL Elk bone

Here is the first one I found ATL...

If you look at the top right corner of the photo you can see the flat that I found the match in about 1/2 mile away..

Here is the other side ATL...

Here they are together...I scored him at 300 give or take a few inchs, and it is my biggest brown set.

And here is a couple my brother found.

I never thought I would be called out on the score....but hell if you guys say so I'll go along with it

But actually I did a rough score (thumb and middle finger measuering tape

) with a 34" spread I came out with 299 and I made sure to shortin anything that wouldnt come to an inch so I gave him 300.

He is a bit deceveing though, when I found them I said 300 to 310 and then when I stuck them in my pile of elk sheds I was thinking I might be a little low, but I wasnt(I dont think) I will put an acuall tape on him tommorow and double check but I dont think I'm to far off.

I will have to tell my brother what you said, I swear if you get him in the right gitup he looks just like jesus, so I call him heyzuse(jesus in spanish)for fun.
