FORD ECCO BOOST

Anyone own or know of anyone that has a ecco boost with a lift kit and over size tires?

Oversize tires and a lift no. People with the truck stock, yes, and every single one of them love it and are pleasantly surprised with the mileage.

Haven't talked to anybody with a Lift & Big Tires yet?

Have talked to a few Guys that have them & they like em so far?

I've asked for Mileage reports & all said the same thing:"I can't keep my foot out of it long enough to check the Mileage"!

The one Guy had changed the Exhaust & it was a funny sounding damn thing!

I just don't see a V-6 Torquey enough to be turning Big Tires & Lifts without the Mileage suffering Big time!

If you're gonna turn big Tires & a Lift get a Diesel,they're only 50-65K!

LAST EDITED ON Jan-16-12 AT 10:51AM (MST)[p]I'm going to buy one!! I drove the 5.0 ford and it was great then jumped right into the ecoboost and drove the same route. The Ecoboost is like a sports car...Great pick up, great acceleration, very quick for a truck. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the turbo's are a little noisy??? but not a game breaker. By the way the 5.0 was really nice too...


Government doesn't fix anything and has spent trillions proving it!!!
Let's face it...After Monday and Tuesday, even the calender says WTF!
