Does anybody know if the website www.guns4pennies.com is legit or just some scam?

All those penny auction sites work the same, you have to pay for every bid. So you bid $40 max on a gun that is listed at a penny, the next guy bids 20, now you are on top at 21 just like ebay, except that you just got charged for 20 bids to go from one to 21 dollars. After the first month when people get their cc hit for all of the charges then they ditch these sites but its in the fine print and now you just pay it and learn your lesson.
