I barely know this guy, other than I see him once in awhile. I do know that he is a bad ass kayak fisherman. He mostly fishes alone because he goes where most people wouldn't. He goes out in marginal weather and goes out 6 or 7 miles to fish for halibut in 300+ feet of water. He fishes kayak tournaments a lot.

He might have a medical 215 card for all I know. I'm not big enough or tough enough to ask him
