Taged this antelpoe near Randolph. What a fun/cold day. It was only 18 below.

Nothing like a bitter cold day and a warm critter gut to warm the hands. Nicely done!

Congrats on living through hunting the coldest place on the planet! The only place that might be colder is Big Piney, Wyo! When you drive into town their sign says "Ice box of the Nation" At times they're correct!

Oh, and congrats on the pronghorn too. They're a fun animal to hunt.

Congrats on your first pronghorn! The key to good eating is to get it cooled down asap. Oh wait, 18 below.....never mind.:)

Eel

Eel has a great point. If you let that sucker freeze while it is in a stage of rigormortis then it is going to be very chewy. With this case you are going to have to do the exact opposite in order to ensure that you will have good eating. Just make sure that it is frozen prior or after the tense stage of rigormortis.
