Fancy and Wholesome Pork

Wife told me she wanted something fancier than just a pork chop. So, I just made her a "fancy" pork chop, and she was happy!! Women are so funny. Frenched pork rib roast, mashed taters with lots of butter and cream, and some oven roasted rainbow carrots with an orange citrus/ brown sugar glaze. Pretty darned good!! And there's left overs!!

It all looks so good. I boiled some reds to go with dinner. I need to make some mashed..
