Factory Service/Cleaning- Swarovski

I would like to send my binoculars in to get cleaned/serviced.

Do any of you know the turn around time to get this done?

Last I heard it's right about 4 - 6 weeks from the time they're received at Swarovski, but probably best to get it straight from the horse's mouth.

Thanks agaim. I sent them off and got email confirmation that they had processed the work order and I should have them back in 6-8 weeks. As long as I have them back for my next hunt (in July), I am happy with it.

I was surprised that they don't charge for cleaning. I am buying lense caps at they told me to send a check for that and that the cleaning was a warranty item.

So far, they have been very good to work with.

I sent them in and included $31 for lense caps. I just got them back, serviced at no charge! They also included a lense cleaning kit.
I am very impressed with them. I'd encourage
those of you that own swaros, and if you haven't already, to send them in for service!!!
