They are different bucks.
Getting mine out was easy. After he tipped over he slid 1/4 mile down a STEEP STEEP hill. He ended up about 50 yards from a very good trail that was freshly covered in snow. I dragged him down hill to the road, hid him in some brush (as to avoid the hikers) drove to the trail head and loaded him in.
The second buck was not so easy, but we had 4 guys willing to help. The drag in the deep snow was not bad.
I shot a little bigger buck in the unit a couple of years ago... now that was a hard one to get out. I deserved a little easier retrieval this year.
