The ole' General Season proved unsuccessful this year. Anyone hunted the Extended Wasatch Front area that could give me some suggestions on where to go and find the big'un?

I doubt you will get alot of help here. I know a little bit about the front, as far as hunting early you might want to try gobblers knob, or bear trap, reynolds gulch, white pines, or above the B, or above the bountiful Temple. As the rut gets a little closer, and some help from mother nature you will find more of the deer closer to the foothills. Make sure you get your extended permit online and try to follow the boundaries as good as you can to where you can and cant hunt. Also try corner canyon, I think the gate is going to be closed this year which will make it harder to get to, which in turn should make it a better hunt.

hey do you sell your calender at sportsman wharehouse? or any retail stores in the SLC area?

Sportsmans Warehouse will be carrying the calendar starting October 1st. Gallensons also carries it, but you can also purchase it right here on Monster Muleys in the main store. Couple other Archery shops will be carrying it also, Im hoping.

Thanks,
Dustin

Pick a spot, any spot, and put your time in.. I spend 99% of my time up there sitting in one spot, looking through my binos until my eyes start going crossed.. I haven't gone a year that I haven't found a buck worth chasing..
