I'm thinking most of them get it done the first hour of the first day then move off to another state to do the same. Atleast thats how I do it. Spikes, Forks and Does got to be the dumbest animals there are. Easy pickins.

I stay at my house until my trail cam sends pictures to my email of a deer I want to kill. Then I grab my spotlight and head out. I hunt hard driving up and down the road until I see his eye's shine. I cant tell you how successful I have been over the years with this method.

Most of my hunting is done either just before the season opens or just after the season closes...and sometimes on the winter range. I've found that is when I can harvest more trophy animals.
