If this is a serious question, I do the Insanity workouts. Love them. And they aer all less than 1 hr.

There is one put out by the "Girls Gone Wild" people.......I don't know if it is good exercise, but it is way more entertaining than those P90 guys.

It is also highly recommended by PC and Wiz............
