Evidence of sex question

I have a mountain goat nanny tag next week in Utah. If you are going to do a full body mount and you skin the entire goat and the rules say that you have to leave evidence of sex on the largest portion of meat, how do you do this? Especially on a nanny. The only way I could think of doing it was to leave one of the back quarters unskinned and part of the hide still.

If you bring out the full skin at the same time, you don't have to have evidence of sex on a hind quarter. You have the required evidence still attached to the head (the full hide), so you are covered.
