Hey, I'm with you on the chicken gizzards. When I make my homemade chicken soup, I always include a couple pounds of them. I haven't yet tried the turkey balls but wouldn't hesitate to do so. Heck, it can't be any worse than eating raw clams and oysters, which I also enjoy.
I'd probably try anything as long as it's deep fried. Now, if they boiled it and left it in the sack then that sounds more like something they would serve on "Fear Factor". I would probably start dry heaving.
