Tons of bulls hit the dirt opening day, but since then it's been a little slow. The weather's been hit or miss and a full moon beds them up a bit earlier.
That said, the guy's that normally kill good bulls are still killing good bulls, so if you know what you're doing you should do fine.
I've been in em all season, just haven't been able to get a bull in the crosshairs yet.
