Just got back from a weekend in the park, there was a nice bull at Mammoth acting like it was September 20th... Bugling, scent checking cows, raking and rubbing, and all around acting like a rutting bull. It was holy crap cold on Friday night, lots of frost on the cars Saturday morning...

I was out over the weekend a scouted some elk, but heard no bugling in the Snowy Range. I did see a bull that already had some cows with him.
