Elk Boise river zone

Anyone hunt the opening weekend around the north fork of the boise river, just wondering what you think. We hunt it believing it is a transition zone. 9 guys came up with jack, very little sign at all. Looks like a new camp next year.

Don't give up on the spot just yet. This was a wierd year and the elk were all spread out like I haven't seen in a long time. Next year your spot could be overrun with elk.
