Eel's secret recipe

I was wondering how Eel cooks all those turtles he likes to kill. I figured he must like 'em cuz he would never waste game meat. So I asked and he sent me this picture. I think the secret is in the skinning.

Cook them at 375 for about 40 minutes. Don't over cook.

I would like to serve it at our next joint sportsmen
& greenies meeting. It should be a change from pizza.
