East Canyon Moose

After many, many years of applying for moose (16) my age is catching up to me and I am tired of applying, I need to move on, So after looking at the odds, I have a good chance of drawing, We will see, 100% doensn't always mean 100%. If so, what can I expect from the area, how much is private vs public on the unit. Did I make a mistake? Quality of bulls, ect. At this point, my clock is ticking and my viable hunting days are getting short. Lets get er done!

My son had a cow moose tag there three years ago. There is quite a bit of public land that holds moose. Most of the area gets lots of traffic from people, so you have to be a little cautious and don't do anything stupid like shooting near a house or a road. There are more bulls than cows.
