Hi Manny, I live right on the edge of the dark red. We normally have 4-6 feet of snow on the ground at any time during most of the winters here, this year there was none.
We have plenty of water here, no restrictions. The other day it rained so hard, the streets in town looked like Rivers.
On the bright side, must have been a good year for carry over and fawn survival! Good luck in your seasons!!
