I have a question about the Utah draw process. I keep hearing it stated that the actual draw is held at the first of April right after the Wildlife Board meets. The results are posted at the end of April. I'm just wondering why the wait? It seems like they want to keep it a secret as long as they can. They hit credit cards very early a few years ago and the next year they were trying to make up for it by waiting till the very last second.
Anyway, I just dont understand the purpose of waiting several weeks after the draw to post the results.
