Doug at Camera land ?????

Doug we have a Canon GL2 and the zoom works on and off. We are in the middle of sheep scouting and haveing trouble filming some rams because the zoom wont work half the time. I've called the phone number on your website for two days and nobody has answered. I'm trying to get info on getting this problem fixed and was hoping you could steer us in the right direction.
