Does cold weather affect carbon arrows?

I just got some carbon arrows and was wondering if the cold weather makes them more brittle giving them a greater chance of breaking when you shoot them? Can any of you guys help clarify this for me? I was also wondering if a person could use a waterproof for fletchings on their whisker bisket. Thanks in advance.

I don't think it affects the arrow at all.
