wanted to apply me and my son for deer and antelope in region a deer and region 1-5 antelope because both have nov seasons when he can hunt. if we draw is there any public land there in northeast wyoming we could access. or would we have to find permission for private land. that would be difficult cause were from louisiana. also what is terrain like there. thanks patea
