do they make a comb tripod for glassing and shooting

I am going on my first mule deert hunt in November to Montana and am looking for a tripod for my spotting scope that can be used as a gun rest for long shots. Do they make such a thing?
Also, I have seen several comments about a packable chair for glassing where can I look for that?

LAST EDITED ON Oct-07-07 AT 10:19PM (MST)[p]The pistol grip head on the K&K Outfitter's tripod lays flat so that it can be used as a rifle rest. The Outdoorsman also sells a rifle rest that mounts on a tripod, but they're pretty pricey at $149.99. I own the K&K and it's a dandy tripod!...
