Devin, ok, now I know more of what you're looking at. Maybe I can answer questions. WY has great antelope hunting for disabled persons, deer is a lot more challenging, and elk is out of my league. I don't know about dates there, but you can shoot from a vehicle, be it truck, atv, or sidebyside. Some ranches have hunt for disabled. Here in UT, we have an org called chairbound sportsmen, run by Kenneth Leonard and his grandson Kenny. They take hunter to WY each year for antelope and deer, with great success. Give Kenneth a call.

Check out http://www.wyomingdisabledhunters.org/, they are on Facebook as well. Wonderful group of people helping disabled hunters get out in the field. They work with land owners to secure private land and help with getting tags, food, and lodging.
