I really need a helping hand. My buddy got drawn for an archery mule deer tag in unit 142 in Colorado. This is a military depot of about 240,00 acres. Hunt started today. We planned to hunt until next Friday. Problem is that the hunt unit is managed by some private outfit that set the rules on when you can hunt and whether you can even camp in the unit. Well the gun hunt just finished and now they want to change the rules. They say we cannot hunt Fri after 10;00 am and not the weekend at all. They say we cannot camp in the unit next week and that we need to check out of the unit by 4;300 each day. We need some help on trying to figure out somethin to do for the next 3 days and maybe longer. Our tag actually ioncludes units 136,141,142 & 147. We cannot figure out where we can hunt in any of these as much is private. If anyone has any info, telephone numbers of people to call that might have info on where we can hunt it would be greatly appreciated. I know this is a long shot but we are desperate. Thanks in advance. jim
